Design Engineer (modern Pygmalion (The sculptor in Ovid's Metamorphoses (8 AD) who carved a statue with so much care it came to life)1) taking products from zero to one, for founders and small teams.
Co-founded Tunnelvision (A consumer app studio. Later a running club past 1,200 members. Exited July 2026)2, an iOS app with 17M impressions and a top 5 spot in Productivity in the NL, and exploring how AI will reshape commerce with Clavius (A venture lab for how AI will reshape commerce. We explore AI systems for companies and design them to feel natural)3.
Background in motion and product engineering, with a focus on building interfaces that feel natural to use.
Mobbin (The world's largest library of real app designs, where designers study how the best products work)4 and SpaceXAI (Ambassador in the NL since October 2026. Before that, organised the first Cursor hackathon, Cursor Cafe and Grok bot meetup here)5 ambassador in the NL, teaching people to design and build with care.
